The construction method comprises the steps that a main body structure foundation pit is excavated open, and a main body enclosure structure is constructed; an accessory structure foundation pit is excavated in an open-cut mode, an accessory enclosure structure is constructed, the accessory structure foundation pit is partially connected with the main body structure foundation pit to form a plurality of connection sections and non-connection sections in the longitudinal direction, and the accessory structure foundation pit and the main body structure foundation pit share part of the main body enclosure structure in the connection sections; bottom plates are continuously constructed in the multiple non-connection sections in sequence, and bottom plates and support changing structures are constructed in the multiple connection sections in sequence in a warehouse jumping mode; a part of the shared main body enclosure structure in the connection section is dismantled, and the shared main body structure cast-in-place pile is cut off to the preset height; pile head chiseling is carried out in the coping beam range below the preset height cutting face, a secondary bottom plate post-cast strip dismantling and support changing structure is reserved, and anti-seepage treatment is carried out on a connection joint seam of the main body structure foundation pit and the accessory structure foundation pit; and secondary bottom plate concrete pouring is carried out on the connection portion where the support changing structure and the secondary bottom plate post-pouring belt are located.
本发明涉及一种地铁一体化附属结构构造方法,包括明挖主体结构基坑并施做主体围护结构;明挖附属结构基坑并施做附属围护结构,其中,附属结构基坑与主体结构基坑部分接驳以沿纵向形成多个接驳区段和非接驳区段,并在接驳区段内与主体结构基坑共用部分主体围护结构;在多个非接驳区段依次连续施做底板和在多个接驳区段依次跳仓施做底板和换撑结构;拆除接驳区段内的部分共用主体围护结构,并切除其中共用的主体结构灌注桩至预定高度;对预定高度切割面以下的压顶梁范围施行桩头凿除,并预留二次底板后浇带拆除换撑结构,并对主体结构基坑和附属结构基坑的接驳接合缝进行防渗处理;在换撑结构和二次底板后浇带所在的接驳部位施行二次底板砼浇筑。
