The invention discloses a construction process of a steel-concrete combined fabricated wall. The construction process specifically comprises the following steps: (1) performing cast-in-place construction on a left wall column, a right wall column and a reinforced concrete floor slab; (2) wall body positioning grooves are prefabricated in the upper surface of the reinforced concrete floor slab; (3) the hoisting device is installed at the upper end of the left wall column and the upper end of the right wall column in a crossing mode; (4) the hoisting device is controlled to hoist the multiple steel-concrete combined pipes, and the steel-concrete combined pipes are in left-right butt joint to form the fabricated wall body erected between the left wall column and the right wall column; (5) the fabricated wall body, the left wall column and the right wall column are poured together; and (6) a left wall column, a right wall column and a reinforced concrete floor are poured and constructed on the upper layer, the steps (2)-(5) are repeated, and the upper-layer fabricated wall can be constructed. And (7) the construction steps are repeated, and construction of the whole wall can be completed. A tower crane does not need to be used for hoisting the steel-concrete combined pipe, the cost is greatly reduced, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the shear strength of the fabricated wall is greatly improved.
