The fiber layer is formed by dipping a single fiber felt or a plurality of fiber felts in a thermosetting resin mixed solution and then drying and cutting the fiber felts; and the foaming fiber layer is formed by soaking a single or multiple fiber felts in a thermosetting resin foaming mixed solution, drying and cutting. The high-strength fireproof plate is prepared from the thermosetting resin, and has the characteristics of flame retardance, wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance, sound absorption, static electricity resistance and the like.
