The invention discloses a construction method of an independent post-dismantled supporting type formwork quick dismantling system, which comprises the following steps of: pouring concrete on the top surfaces of a supporting unit formwork and an independent post-dismantled batten of the independent post-dismantled supporting type formwork quick dismantling system, firstly dismantling a vertical rod B and the independent post-dismantled batten when a floor slab is formed after the strength of the concrete is met, and then dismantling the vertical rod B and the independent post-dismantled batten; and the supporting unit formwork, the vertical rod A, the bracket A, the batten A and the transverse pipe are not disassembled, so that the vertical rod A, the bracket A, the batten A and the transverse pipe still support the floor through the supporting unit formwork, and the floor is maintained to the design strength in the later period. After the strength of concrete poured on the supporting unit formworks and the top faces of the independent post-dismantled battens is met, the vertical rods B and the independent post-dismantled battens are dismantled firstly, and effective turnover utilization of the vertical rods B and the independent post-dismantled battens can be achieved; the problem that effective turnover cannot be achieved due to the fact that quick-release system scaffold components in a continuous supporting state are detached after concrete reaches the design strength is solved.
