The invention discloses a square steel tube main keel, a disc buckle type steel tube supporting frame and a building method. The two sides of each end of the two ends of the square steel pipe are each provided with one connecting component; the two sides of each end of the two ends of the square steel pipe are each provided with one baffle, and each baffle is rotationally connected with the square steel pipe through a connecting component; the rotating planes where the four baffles are located are parallel to one another or coincide with one another. Each baffle can operably rotate to a first position overlapped with the square steel tube and a second position protruding out of the square steel tube; when the two baffles at each end of the square steel pipe are located at the second position, a containing space capable of containing the long jacking or the vertical rod is formed between the two baffles. The structure is stable, the loading capacity is high, and the square steel tube main keel cannot topple and slip.
