Each ground beam formwork unit comprises two side formworks which are vertically arranged in parallel at intervals and a surrounding frame formwork, each side formwork comprises a lower formwork and an upper formwork, a first connecting plate is arranged on the edge of the surface of one side of each lower formwork in a protruding mode, and a plurality of connecting holes are formed in each first connecting plate. The middle and/or the lower portion of the upper die plate are/is in lap joint with the back face of the lower die plate and fastened through a bolt and a nut, the upper die plate is provided with a lifting position adjusting kidney-shaped hole which correspondingly penetrates through the bolt and extends up and down, and the upper end of the upper die plate is bent and provided with a connecting hole.
