The invention discloses a circumferential prestressed anchorage device mounting process, and belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering. According to the technology, each steel strand is a U-shaped steel strand, a first annular prestressed anchorage device and a second annular prestressed anchorage device are arranged on the two sides of a bearing body of each steel strand, and a strand section of the anchoring end where the first steel strand is located and a strand section of the tensioning end where the second steel strand is located are connected with a first annular prestressed anchorage device and a second annular prestressed anchorage device respectively. The anchor holes respectively penetrate through the first circumferential pre-stressed anchors; the stranded wire section of the tensioning end where the first steel strand is located and the stranded wire section of the anchoring end where the second steel strand is located penetrate through anchorage device holes of a second circumferential pre-stressed anchorage device respectively; and after each steel strand is perforated, an anchor backing plate and a clamping piece are installed at the anchoring end and the tensioning end correspondingly, and fixing and clamping are conducted. The two sides of the bearing body of each steel strand bear the same prestress in the tensioning process, and the stability of the bearing body on the internal structure is guaranteed.
