The invention discloses a deep foundation pit ladder cage sectional reverse installation method which comprises the steps that a soil layer is excavated downwards, a first concrete supporting structure is constructed at a first depth position, and a first section of ladder cage unit is fixed to a supporting steel beam which is erected in a lap joint mode; the soil layer continues to be excavated downwards, the next concrete supporting structure continues to be constructed at the current depth position, the next section of ladder cage unit is spliced downwards, the corresponding ladder cage unit is fixed to the erected supporting steel beams in a lap joint mode according to the situation, and the steps are repeated till construction of all the concrete supporting structures is completed; the soil layer continues to be excavated downwards to the pit bottom, and an operation cushion layer and a structure foundation bottom plate are constructed at the pit bottom; at least one section of the elevator cage unit is fixed below the last section of the elevator cage unit, the corresponding elevator cage unit is fixed to the erected supporting steel beams in a lap joint mode according to the situation, and the height of the jacking support is adjusted so that the jacking support can support the last section of the elevator cage unit; and the elevator cage is installed. The ladder cage can be reversely mounted section by section along with earth excavation layer by layer, the mounting efficiency is high, and the quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种深基坑梯笼分节逆向安装方法,包括:向下开挖土层,在第一深度位置施工第一砼支撑结构,并在架接的支撑钢梁上搭接固定第一节梯笼单元;继续向下开挖土层,在当前深度位置继续施工下一砼支撑结构,朝下拼接下一节梯笼单元,并视情况在架接的支撑钢梁上搭接固定相应梯笼单元,如此重复直至所有砼支撑结构施工完成;继续向下开挖土层至坑底,在坑底施工作业垫层和结构基础底板;在上一节梯笼单元下面固定至少一节梯笼单元,并视情况在架接的支撑钢梁上搭接固定相应梯笼单元,其中,调节顶托高度,使顶托托住最后一节梯笼单元;梯笼安装完成。本发明随土方开挖逐层向下即可分节逆向安装完成梯笼,安装效率高,质量有保障。
