The invention discloses an energy-saving self-locking composite door and window which comprises an outer frame, clamping rings arranged on the inner side of the outer frame, and a window frame arranged on the inner side of the outer frame. The self-locking mechanism is arranged in the window frame, and the self-locking mechanism is matched with the clamping ring; the buffering mechanism is at least partially arranged at the upper and lower parts of the inner side of the outer frame and is partially and rotatably connected with the window frame; the fixing block is arranged at the top of the outer side of the outer frame, and a cavity is formed in the bottom of the fixing block. Self-locking can be achieved when the window frame is closed, door and window damage caused by frequent opening and closing in weather such as strong wind is avoided, and the protection effect of the door and window is improved; in rainy days, doors and windows can be automatically closed, articles in the building are prevented from being damaged in the rainy days, and the device is more practical; and secondly, electric energy is not needed when the window frame is automatically closed, and more energy is saved.
