The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering pavement maintenance, in particular to a pavement crack grouting construction parameter selection method which comprises the following steps: establishing a pavement structure model according to the working condition of a grouting road section; setting a grouting diffusion control equation in the simulation software, and inputting parameters of the control equation; the grouting process of the pavement structure model is simulated in simulation software, and a grouting diffusion radius-grouting time curve graph is output; according to different grouting pressures and the road surface arching pressure, the grouting pressure lower than the curve with the maximum grouting diffusion rate in the road surface arching pressure is determined; and according to the grouting diffusion radius-grouting time curve graph, the numerical value when the grouting diffusion radius tends to be stable is determined, and the grouting hole pitch is determined according to the numerical value. According to the arrangement of the mode, compared with the prior art, selection of grouting parameters is not based on engineering experience any more, reasonable selection is carried out according to the condition of a construction site, and then the grouting efficiency and the pavement repairing effect are improved.
