The invention discloses a nuclear power plant building layout, and relates to the technical field of nuclear power plant buildings. The nuclear power plant building layout comprises a reactor building, a safety building partially or completely surrounding the periphery of the reactor building, and a high-energy pipeline group for transmission; the safety plant comprises a main control area and a mounting area, the center of the main control area is connected with the center of the reactor plant to form a first wiring line, and the center of the mounting area is connected with the center of the reactor plant to form a second wiring line; the high-energy pipeline group is introduced into the mounting area from the outer side of the safety plant, and is connected to the reactor plant along the first row of wires in the mounting area in a linear extension manner; when the first row of wires and the second row of wires are not overlapped, the main control area and the mounting area are positioned on the same side of the reactor building; or when the first row of wires and the second row of wires coincide with each other, the main control area and the installation area are located on the two opposite sides of the reactor building respectively. Therefore, the transportation distance and the occupied area of the high-energy pipeline group are shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
