The invention relates to the technical field of construction waste recycling, in particular to a method for co-processing construction waste through a rotary kiln. The method comprises the steps of primary crushing, iron removal, manual sorting, primary screening, secondary crushing and secondary screening, specifically, after construction waste is subjected to primary crushing through a jaw crusher, magnetic metal products are recycled through an iron remover, and the magnetic metal products are fed into an iron and steel plant to be recycled; according to the method, large light objects and non-magnetic metal products are sorted out from blocky construction waste with the small size by workers, then muck, the light objects and the blocky construction waste are screened out, and then secondary crushing treatment is conducted on the blocky construction waste through an impact crusher; and finally, the construction waste subjected to secondary crushing is screened through a circular vibrating screen, and concrete fine powder of 0-31.5 mm is screened out. The device has the advantages of being good in sorting effect, high in building waste utilization rate and the like.
