The invention relates to the technical field of stone-plastic plates, in particular to a wear-resistant composite stone-plastic plate and a production process thereof. The wear-resistant layer, the color film layer, the fireproof layer, the PVC functional layer and the PVC base plate are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the PVC base plate comprises a PVC base layer, a PVC foaming layer and a PVC bottom layer; the wear-resistant layer is formed by covering a UV coating on the surface of high-density polyvinyl chloride; the fireproof layer is prepared by mixing and calendering PVC resin, superfine wear-resistant silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, a flame retardant and a plasticizer; the PVC functional layer is formed by calendering nylon fiber cloth, polypropylene fiber cloth, PVC resin, a plasticizer and a stabilizer; and the PVC foaming layer is a polyvinyl chloride foaming plate. The high-density polyvinyl chloride and the UV coating are adopted, so that the wear-resistant coating has excellent wear resistance, is provided with the fireproof layer, is safer, and does not generate open fire or high-temperature molten drops; and the composite board has good noise reduction and sound insulation characteristics, the weight of the board is reduced, and the composite board has better machinability and is suitable for being used as a bottom board, a wall board, a decorative board and the like.
本发明涉及石塑板材技术领域,特别涉及一种耐磨复合石塑板材及其生产工艺。从上之下依次是耐磨层、彩膜层、防火层、PVC功能层、PVC基板;PVC基板包括PVC基层、PVC发泡层、PVC底层;耐磨层是高密度聚氯乙烯表面覆盖一层UV涂层;防火层由PVC树脂、超细耐磨二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、阻燃剂、增塑剂混合后压延制成;PVC功能层是由尼龙纤维布、聚丙烯纤维布与PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂压延而成;PVC发泡层为聚氯乙烯发泡板。本发明采用高密度聚氯乙烯和UV涂层,具有优良的耐磨性,并且具有防火层,更加安全,不产生明火,不产生高温熔滴;并且本发明具有良好的降噪隔音特性,减少了板材本身的重量,具有更加良好的加工性,适合做底板、墙板、装饰板等。
