Green environment-friendly light-weight high-strength reclaimed sand and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of reclaimed sand preparation, and particularly discloses green, environment-friendly, light and high-strength reclaimed sand and a preparation process thereof. The green, environment-friendly, light and high-strength reclaimed sand comprises basic reclaimed sand and an outer protective layer, the outer protective layer is formed by coating the basic reclaimed sand with outer protective layer raw materials, and the outer protective layer raw materials are mainly prepared from acrylic emulsion, cement, water, an elastic agent, an auxiliary agent and a waterproof agent; the preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an outer protective layer raw material: mixing the acrylic emulsion, the cement, the water, the elastic agent, the auxiliary agent and the waterproof agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the outer protective layer raw material; and (2) preparation of reclaimed sand: mixing the basic reclaimed sand with the outer protective layer raw material, and drying to obtain the reclaimed sand. The regenerated sand prepared by the invention has few microcracks and low water absorption rate.
