The invention belongs to a blended aggregate for producing foamed concrete, and particularly relates to a composite high-strength blended aggregate for producing foamed concrete, which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of fly ash, 2-4 parts of mineral powder, 1-2 parts of limestone powder, 2-3 parts of steel slag or building (industrial) waste solid material powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 1-2 parts of silicon powder and 0.12-0.24 part of additive. The invention provides the composite aggregate of the foam concrete prepared by using industrial waste solid powder and byproducts as main raw materials, the foam concrete produced by using the composite aggregate can greatly reduce the use amount of pure cement and reduce the production cost, and has high compressive strength, good toughness, cracking resistance and good shrinkage resistance under the original light and low-density conditions.
本发明属于生产发泡砼的掺合骨料,特别一种生产发泡砼的复合高强掺合骨料,其原料组分及重量配比含量为:粉煤灰3‑6、矿粉2‑4、石灰石粉1‑2、钢渣或建筑(工业)废固料粉2‑3、脱硫石膏0.5‑1.5、硅粉1‑2、添加剂0.12‑0.24。本发明提供一种利用工业废固粉、副产品作为主要原料制成泡沫砼的复合骨料,用该复合骨料生产的泡沫砼可以大幅度地减少纯水泥的用量,降低生产成本,而且在原有轻质低密度的条件下,抗压强度高、韧性好,抗开裂、抗收缩性能好。
