The invention belongs to the technical field of wireless charging, and particularly discloses a magnetized pavement structure for an electric vehicle and a wireless charging device, and the structure comprises a base layer which is used for supporting a primary coil structure which comprises a primary coil; the conducting part longitudinally corresponds to the edge area of the primary side coil on the base layer and is used for conducting the magnetic induction line of the primary side coil in the longitudinal direction; the blocking part is connected with the conduction part and covers the base layer and the primary coil structure together; the invention has the following advantages: the magnetic induction line starting from the primary coil can be effectively guided to be conducted along the vertical direction instead of being conducted along the transverse direction of the pavement material; the magnetic induction lines are transmitted to the secondary coil after penetrating out of the road surface magnetization area, equivalently, the transmission distance between the primary coil and the secondary coil is shortened, the coupling effect between the primary coil and the secondary coil is enhanced, the transmission efficiency of the wireless charging system is improved, and the energy loss is reduced.
