The invention discloses an asphalt pavement hot melt marking paint spraying device which comprises a main body unit, the main body unit comprises a supporting plate and a plurality of sets of walking wheels arranged on the lower side of the supporting plate, a material storage box is fixedly installed at the center of the upper side wall of the supporting plate, a feeding nozzle is formed in the material storage box, and a pull handle is fixedly installed at one end of the upper side wall of the supporting plate; a power source is further installed on the supporting plate, and a hydraulic telescopic rod is fixedly installed at the center of the lower side wall of the supporting plate. The uniform spraying unit comprises a connecting disc fixedly arranged at the lower end of the hydraulic telescopic rod, multiple sets of uniformly-distributed spraying nozzles are fixedly installed at the front end of the lower side wall of the connecting disc and communicate with the storage box through discharging pipes, and a hinge frame is hinged to the center of the lower side wall of the connecting disc in a friction mode; and a matched uniform smearing roller is mounted at the lower end of the hinge frame. According to the device, secondary smearing can be conducted on the sprayed lines, and the evenly-smeared marked lines are rapidly dried without waiting for natural airing of the marked lines.
