Slurry is pumped by a slurry pump. A spiral cutter head is arranged in the annular prefabricated cast-in-place pile to cut a soil body to construct the fender post, then slurry is formed through water injection, and grouting is conducted after the slurry is pumped out. The integral rigidity and the construction speed are improved, the soil squeezing effect is reduced, the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced, meanwhile, in the foundation pit excavation process, it can be avoided that in a traditional cast-in-place pile, pile body diameter expansion caused by mud protection wall failure influences follow-up result construction, and the multiple advantages of being safe, convenient, environmentally friendly and the like are achieved.
本发明涉及一种内插预制混凝土构件的水泥土搅拌桩支护结构,呈圆环型结构,并配有纵向主筋、螺旋箍筋及加强箍;所述水泥土搅拌桩支护结构的桩尖设置有钢制刃角及螺旋刀盘,采用预埋方式固定于桩顶,钢制刃角及螺旋刀盘通过活动杆与动力装置相连,通过动力装置旋转螺旋刀盘切削桩孔内土体,并采用注水与切削后的土体形成泥浆,用泥浆泵抽取泥浆。本发明通过圆环形预制灌注桩内置螺旋刀盘切削土体施工围护桩,后通过注水形成泥浆抽出后灌浆。既提高整体刚度及施工速度,又降低挤土效应,减少对周边环境的影响,同时在基坑开挖过程中也能避免传统灌注桩由于泥浆护壁失效导致的桩身扩径影响后续结果施工,具有安全性、便利性、绿色环保等多重优势。
