According to the method, the slag can be directly refined, and the preparation efficiency of the concrete is improved; the concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.3 part of refined slag, 5-8 parts of cement, 6-8 parts of sand, 1-1.2 parts of water, 1-1.2 parts of an additive, 0.2-0.5 part of a fiber material and 1-1.2 parts of dolomite powder.
