Suspension bridge steel truss girder large segment manufacturing and construction method
The embodiment of the invention relates to a method for manufacturing and constructing a large section of a steel truss girder of a suspension bridge. The method comprises the steps that longitudinal and transverse base lines are arranged on the hardened ground, and a jig frame is manufactured according to the longitudinal and transverse base lines; wherein the longitudinal and transverse base lines comprise a transverse base line and a longitudinal base line, the transverse base line and the longitudinal base line are in a cross shape, and the jig frame is suitable for manufacturing the large section of the suspension bridge steel truss girder; a lower horizontal bracing is assembled on the jig frame, and the main transverse truss web member units and the main truss web member units are sequentially arranged on the lower horizontal bracing to be assembled; wherein the lower parallel connection comprises a main truss lower chord member unit, a main transverse truss lower chord member unit and a parallel connection rod unit; and a plurality of prefabricated bridge deck slabs are arranged on the main transverse truss web member units and the main truss web member units to be assembled. By means of the method, total splicing of the steel truss girder is achieved, and the method is reliable in total splicing process, stable in splicing quality, easy to operate and high in assembling precision.
本公开实施例是关于一种悬索桥钢桁梁大节段制造施工方法。该方法包括:在硬化地面上布设纵横基线,并根据纵横基线制作胎架;其中,纵横基线包括横向基线和纵向基线,且横向基线与纵向基线呈十字交叉状,胎架为适用于悬索桥钢桁梁大节段制造的胎架;在胎架上拼装下平联,并将主横桁架腹杆单元、主桁架腹杆单元依次设置在下平联上进行拼装;其中,下平联包括:主桁下弦杆单元、主横桁架下弦杆单元及平联杆单元;将若干预制桥面板设置到主横桁架腹杆单元、主桁架腹杆单元上进行拼装。通过方法,实现了钢桁梁的总拼,且该方法总拼工艺可靠,拼装质量稳定,且操作简单,组装精度高。
