The invention discloses a self-heightening bridge pier erection system and an operation method thereof. A first anchoring area and a second anchoring area of a bridge pier section are respectively provided with a supporting platform and a jacking platform; a working bearing platform is mounted at the top of the jacking platform through a jacking device; the jacking device is started, and the working bearing platform is jacked to the position of the first anchoring area of the next pier section through the jacking platform; after the supporting platform is installed in the first anchoring area of the next bridge pier section, the jacking device is started to retract till the bottom of the jacking device is not lower than the top position of a second anchoring area reserved in the next bridge pier section; a jacking platform is installed in a second anchoring area reserved in the next bridge pier section; the aerial work platform reaches the construction work face; and all the bridge pier sections are assembled. According to the operation method of the self-heightening type pier erecting system, the construction difficulty of hoisting equipment under special terrains can be reduced, the cost of tower crane equipment is saved, and an aerial work platform is provided for constructors.
本发明公开了自增高式桥墩架设系统及其操作方法，桥墩节段的第一锚固区、第二锚固区，分别安装支撑平台、顶升平台；并在顶升平台的顶部通过顶升装置安装工作承台；启动顶升装置，借助顶升平台将工作承台顶起至下一桥墩节段的第一锚固区位置；在下一桥墩节段的第一锚固区安装支撑平台后，启动顶升装置使得顶升装置回缩，直至顶升装置的底部不低于下一桥墩节段预留的第二锚固区的顶部位置；在下一桥墩节段预留的第二锚固区安装顶升平台；直至高空作业平台达到施工作业面；直至所有桥墩节段拼装完成。本发明的自增高式桥墩架设系统的操作方法，可以降低特殊地形下起重设备施工难度，节省塔吊设备成本，为施工人员提供高空作业平台。
