The invention discloses an erecting method of a double-deck support-free steel truss girder, and relates to the field of bridge construction.The erecting method comprises the steps that a steel truss girder initial section used for being arranged on a pier is spliced with an erected girder body through temporary connection arranged at the splicing end of the steel truss girder initial section; and after all the steel truss girder sections are spliced, the position of the steel truss girder is adjusted through an adjusting device arranged on the pier, and when the dismantling internal stress of the temporary connection reaches a set value, the temporary connection between the initial section of the steel truss girder and the erected girder body is relieved. According to the erecting method, on the basis that a support is not used, a lap joint structure used in the construction process is removed, and the problems that in the prior art, a lap joint installation structure needs to be stressed all the time, the service life of the joint of beam body sections can be shortened, and the durability of a beam body is reduced are solved.
本发明公开了一种双层桥面无支架钢桁梁的架设方法,涉及桥梁施工领域,该架设方法包括:利用钢桁梁初段拼接端设置的临时连接,将用于设置桥墩上的所述钢桁梁初段与已架设梁体拼接;在所有钢桁梁节段拼接完成后,利用桥墩上设置的调节装置调整钢桁梁的位置,使所述临时连接的拆除内应力达到设定值时,解除所述钢桁梁初段与已架设梁体之间的所述临时连接。该架设方法在不使用支架的基础上,拆除施工过程中使用的搭接结构,解决了现有技术中存在搭接的安装结构需要一直受力,会减少梁体节段连接处的使用寿命,降低梁体耐久性的问题。
