Construction method for widening, splicing and transforming large-span concrete bridge
The invention discloses a construction method for widening, splicing and transforming a large-span concrete bridge. The construction method comprises the following steps that a first bridge and a second bridge are newly built on the two sides of an original old bridge respectively; dismantling the old bridge; reconstructing a third bridge adjacent to the first bridge and a fourth bridge adjacent to the second bridge at the old bridge site; closing the outermost lanes on the adjacent sides of the first bridge and the third bridge and the second bridge and the fourth bridge; framework steel bar structures which are connected with each other are formed at the flanges of the adjacent sides of the first bridge and the third bridge and the flanges of the adjacent sides of the second bridge and the fourth bridge; and high-strength concrete is poured at the framework steel bar structure to form a splicing seam for connecting the two bridges, and a new one-way left bridge and a new one-way right bridge are formed after splicing. The broadening transformation mode of double-side broadening and transverse broadening is adopted, the defects of existing single-side broadening and double-side broadening are overcome, the stress of the broadened post-cast strip is within a reasonable range, and the later maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种大跨径混凝土桥梁拓宽拼接改造的建造方法,包括以下步骤:在原有旧桥的两侧分别新建一座第一桥梁和第二桥梁;拆除旧桥;在旧桥桥址处重建出与第一桥梁相邻的第三桥梁以及与第二桥梁相邻的第四桥梁;封闭第一桥梁和第三桥梁以及第二桥梁和第四桥梁相邻侧的最外侧车道;在第一桥梁和第三桥梁相邻侧的翼缘处以及第二桥梁和第四桥梁相邻侧的翼缘处均形成有相互连接的骨架钢筋结构;在骨架钢筋结构处浇筑高强混泥土,以形成连接两桥梁的拼接缝,拼接后形成新的单向左幅桥梁和单向右幅桥梁。本发明采用双侧拓宽+横向拼宽的拓宽改造方式,避免现有单侧拓宽、双侧拓宽的弊端,并使拼宽后浇带受力在合理范围内,减少后期维修养护成本。
