The pile pulling method based on the civil engineering pile foundation comprises the following steps that S1, a steel chisel is inserted into circumferential soil of the concrete pile foundation through a chisel inserting device, then the steel chisel is pulled out, the position is changed, and chisel inserting operation continues to be conducted, so that the circumferential face of the concrete pile foundation is separated from the soil; s2, high-pressure gas or high-pressure water is injected into the steel chisel in the chisel inserting process, and after the peripheral face of the concrete pile foundation is separated from soil, the steel chisel is detached, and the chisel inserting device is removed; s3, an end lateral pushing device is used for being fixed to the upper end of the concrete pile foundation, lateral pushing is conducted on the upper end of the concrete pile foundation, the root of the concrete pile foundation is disconnected from soil, and the end lateral pushing device is dismantled; and S4, the pile pulling device is used for conducting pile pulling operation on the concrete pile foundation. On the premise that deep excavation of the foundation pit is not carried out, the pile foundation is effectively pulled out, the work amount is reduced, the operation period is shortened, and the input cost and the labor cost are reduced. The pile foundation pulling device is suitable for the technical field of pile foundation pulling in building construction.
本发明公开了一种基于土木工程桩基的拔桩方法,包括如下步骤:S1、使用插钎装置将钢钎插入混凝土桩基的周向土壤内,再将钢钎拔出,更换位置继续进行插钎作业,使得混凝土桩基的周面与土壤分离;S2、在插钎的过程中,对钢钎注入高压气体或者高压水,当完成混凝土桩基的周面与土壤分离后,将钢钎拆除,并移除插钎装置;S3、使用端部侧推装置固定在混凝土桩基的上端,对混凝土桩基的上端进行侧推,混凝土桩基的根部与土壤断开,将端部侧推装置拆除;S4、使用拔桩装置对混凝土桩基进行拔桩作业。本发明在不进行基坑深挖的前提下,有效地将桩基拔除,减小工程量,缩短作业周期,降低投入成本及人工成本。本发明适用于建筑施工中桩基拔除的技术领域。
