The method comprises the following steps that excavation blocks are divided; a first side area construction step: firstly excavating the area, far away from the subway, of the first side area, alternately completing concrete support operation, and then completing excavation of the area, adjacent to the subway, of the first side area and concrete purlin and concrete support operation in a limited time; a second side area construction step: after the earth excavation of the first side area is finished, constructing the second side area; in the first middle area construction stage, excavation is conducted after concrete supports of the first side area are formed in middle area construction; in the middle area construction process, excavation operation of the middle area far away from the subway side area is conducted firstly, and pre-assembly operation of steel enclosing purlins and steel supports of the middle area far away from the subway side area is conducted in advance; in the second construction stage of the middle area, excavation and steel purlin and steel support operation are conducted on the side area, adjacent to the subway, of the middle area. The foundation pit can be effectively supported in the construction process as soon as possible, so that the anti-deformation protection requirement of a subway adjacent to the foundation pit is met.
