The invention discloses an all-dimensional high-pressure jet grouting deep confined water waterproof curtain construction method. The method comprises the following steps that a mud pit is built; measuring and setting out; a hole guiding machine is used for guiding holes; lowering the casing pipe; placing the host in place; trial spraying; lowering a drill rod; lifting and guniting; starting a suck-back water pump and a suck-back air pump to confirm that the sludge discharge pipe works normally; a high-pressure cement pump is started, high-pressure water of 8-12 Mpa is used for cutting the soil body and lifting the soil body by 50 cm, and meanwhile a sludge discharging gate is opened to confirm that sludge discharging is normal; switching the high-pressure water into high-pressure cement paste after the mud discharge is normal, and starting to lift upwards to spray mud after the drill rod descends to the designed depth again; detaching the drill rod; after one section of drill rod is lifted upwards, the lifted section of drill rod is disassembled, cement paste is switched into water before disassembly, and when water flows to the position of a nozzle, a high-pressure pump, a main air pump, a reverse suction air pump and a reverse suction water pump are closed; and the hole guiding machine is moved to the next hole. According to the construction method, the construction cost can be reduced, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the influence on the surrounding environment is small.
本申请公开一种全方位高压旋喷深层承压水止水帷幕施工方法,包括以下步骤:修建泥浆池;测量放线;使用引孔机引孔;下放套管;使主机就位;试喷;下放钻杆;提升喷浆;开启倒吸水泵和倒吸气泵,确认排泥管工作正常;开启高压水泥泵,开始用8~12Mpa的高压水切割土体提升50cm,同时打开排泥闸门确认排泥正常;排泥正常后将高压水切换成高压水泥浆,钻杆重新下到设计深度后开始向上提升喷浆;拆卸钻杆;向上提升一节钻杆后,对提升完成的一节钻杆进行拆卸,拆卸前先将水泥浆切换成水,当水流至喷嘴位置时,关闭高压泵、主空气泵、倒吸气泵和倒吸水泵;将引孔机移位至下一孔。本说明书所提供的施工方法能降低施工成本,且降低施工难度,对周围环境影响小。
