本发明涉及一种隧道明洞砼浇筑模板装置。现有的明洞砼一般采用木板拼接起来作为外模进行浇筑,劳动强度大、作业效率低。本发明提供的一种隧道明洞砼浇筑模板装置,在施工台车的外周上设置有内模,施工台车的上部设置有外模支撑装置,外模支撑装置包括垂直升降装置和水平支撑装置,水平支撑装置的上分别铰接有横向伸缩臂,横向伸缩臂上均连接有外模,垂直升降装置上下移动调节外模和内膜的径向距离,外模在横向伸缩臂的牵引下折叠伸展与内膜固定形成浇筑模板或脱离拆卸模板。本发明的模板装置外模可以一次安装直到明洞段全部作业完成,不用来回拆模,可实现自动脱模,劳动强度底,施工效率高。
