Underground passage block type prefabricated middle plate and assembling method
The invention discloses an underground passage block type prefabricated middle plate assembling method which comprises the following steps: performing block prefabrication on an underground passage middle plate structure, and determining connecting nodes between a middle plate and an underground passage side wall, between the middle plate and a bracket and between the block middle plates; the bracket part and the side wall are synchronously constructed and poured, and an L-shaped steel bar for fixing the middle plate is pre-buried; after construction of the upper top plate is completed, a cement mortar leveling layer is arranged on the top face of the bracket, and the middle plates are hoisted in place one by one through a machine; and after section-by-section splicing is completed, grouting and filling are conducted on the positioning and mounting holes of the middle plates, post-cast strips between the middle plates are poured and sealed, and the space between the middle plates and the side wall of the underground passage is filled with polystyrene plates and sealed through polysulfide sealant. Construction from bottom to top is not needed, and the working environment of constructors is greatly improved; meanwhile, factory modular production and a mechanical assembly mode are adopted, dependence on labor force is reduced, the labor force is locally reduced, and the influence on the engineering industry is reduced.
本发明公开了地下通道分块式预制中板拼装方法,包括以下步骤:地下通道中板结构进行分块预制,确定中板与地下通道侧墙之间、中板与牛腿之间、各分块中板之间的连接节点;牛腿部位与侧墙同步施工浇筑,并预埋固定中板的L型钢筋;待上部顶板施工完成后,牛腿顶面设置有水泥砂浆找平层,采用机械逐一吊装中板就位;逐段完成拼装后,中板定位安装孔灌浆填实,浇筑各分块中板之间后浇带并作密封处理,中板与地下通道侧墙之间用聚苯板填充并通过聚硫密封胶作密封处理。本发明无需从下往上施工,极大改善施工人员作业环境;同时采用工厂模块化生产、机械拼装方式,减少对劳动力的依赖,局部降低劳动力减少对工程行业的影响。
