The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation tests, and particularly discloses a pile foundation test supporting device which comprises a support, a steel beam, a jack, a fixing column, an adjusting mechanism, a fixing frame, a transmission mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a water tank. A steel beam is arranged on the support in a sliding fit mode. A jack is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the steel beam. The two fixing columns are fixedly connected to the two sides of the support. The adjusting mechanism is rotationally connected and arranged in the fixed column; the fixing frame is fixedly connected with the adjusting mechanism through bolts. The transmission mechanism is rotationally arranged in the fixing frame, and the transmission mechanism can automatically drive the cutting mechanism to move at a constant speed for cutting; the cutting mechanism is in threaded connection with the transmission mechanism, and the water tank is fixedly connected to the fixing frame. By adopting the cutting mechanism, the uneven position of the top of the pile foundation can be cut, so that the top of the pile foundation is flat, the jack can be horizontally placed, the stress is uniform during test, and the effect of ensuring an accurate test result is achieved.
