The water pumping selection device is communicated with the water collecting tanks and can selectively communicate with part of the water collecting tanks. The lower ends of the plurality of spraying pipelines are communicated with the water pumping selection device. And the plurality of spraying heads are dispersedly arranged in the green belt and are respectively communicated with the upper ends of the plurality of spraying pipelines. And the control system is connected with the spraying device and the stirring device. By arranging the water pumping selection device and the stirring device, the technical problems of how to automatically clean the water collecting tank and how to recycle soil are solved.
