The invention discloses a connection reinforcing structure of a concrete structure and profile steel. The connection reinforcing structure comprises a prefabricated concrete beam column, a profile steel component and a reinforcing component. The prefabricated concrete beam column is a rectangular beam column, a rectangular reinforcement cage is arranged in the prefabricated concrete beam column and composed of vertical bars and stirrups, and transverse sleeves and longitudinal sleeves are embedded in the prefabricated concrete beam column. The profile steel component is formed by welding H-shaped profile steel and channel steel and is assembled through cooperation of a first fastening bolt and a transverse sleeve. The reinforcing component comprises a horizontal supporting plate, a connecting vertical plate and a connecting side plate, assembling is conducted through cooperation of a second fastening bolt and a longitudinal sleeve, and the horizontal supporting plate of the reinforcing component abuts against the lower end face of the profile steel component. The connecting and reinforcing structure for the concrete structure and the profile steel is reasonable in structural design, convenient and fast to assemble and connect and suitable for rapid assembly construction of an assembly type building; all the components are independently manufactured prefabricated parts and can be conveniently and separately transported to a construction site for on-site installation.
