According to the prestressed hollow slab connecting method, prestressed hollow slabs serve as floor slabs and wall slabs, and steel connecting pieces are adopted to be connected with the prestressed hollow slabs; the steel connecting piece is provided with at least two U-shaped grooves extending in the length direction. The prestressed hollow slabs are inserted into the U-shaped grooves; gaps between the U-shaped grooves and the prestressed hollow slabs are filled with grouting materials. According to the prestressed hollow slab connecting method provided by the invention, the steel connecting pieces are used as connecting frames, and are fixed in a manner of being clamped and inserted with the prestressed hollow slabs, so that structures such as constructional columns and ring beams poured by concrete are replaced; the prestressed hollow slab can be used as a floor slab and a wallboard, meanwhile, the connecting structure and the connecting mode of the prestressed hollow slab are simplified, and the connecting difficulty is reduced.
