The invention relates to a building wall structure. The building wall structure comprises a wall arranged on a foundation, reinforcing steel bars fixed to the foundation, a flat foam mold plate fixed to the outer side of the wall, a concave-convex foam mold plate fixed to the inner side of the wall and damping mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the foundation. The damping mechanism comprises a first-stage damping table and a second-stage damping table; a first-stage damping spring and a first-stage spring sleeve are arranged on the first-stage damping table; a second-stage damping spring is arranged on the second-stage damping table; the concave-convex foam mold plate and the flat foam mold plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the reinforcing steel bar, and a pull rod is arranged between the two; a bubble curing layer and a damp-proof layer are arranged on the outer side of the concave-convex foam mold plate; a heating pipe, a water pipe and a wire pipe are laid in a groove of the concave-convex foam mold plate; a heat-insulating plate and a reinforcing layer are arranged outside the flat foam mold plate; and a pouring material is filled between the concave-convex foam mold plate and the flat foam mold plate and in the foundation. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the wall structure. The method is easy to operate, high in shock strength and good in heat preservation effect.
