The invention discloses a disconnected glass curtain wall closing-up structure which comprises a waterproof layer and tempered hollow glass, the waterproof layer comprises a micro-expansion waterproof mortar layer, one side of the micro-expansion waterproof mortar layer is connected with the interior of a room, the other side of the micro-expansion waterproof mortar layer is connected with a heat preservation layer, and the waterproof layer and the heat preservation layer are installed below the tempered hollow glass. The lower part of the glass curtain wall is filled with an anti-leakage material; the outdoor side is synchronously plugged, is filled with a thermal insulation material, and is connected with tempered hollow glass; and the indoor side is simultaneously provided with another blocking structure and is connected with the aluminum alloy cross beam. In this way, the heat preservation and leakage prevention structure is achieved.
