The invention provides a steel bar connecting structure with an anchoring plate. The steel bar connecting structure comprises a first concrete unit, a second concrete unit, a first connecting steel bar and a second connecting steel bar. A first anchoring plate is fixedly arranged at the outer side end of the first connecting steel bar; a second anchoring plate is fixedly arranged at the outer side end of the second connecting steel bar; the first concrete unit and the second concrete unit are in butt joint, the first connecting steel bar and the second connecting steel bar are in indirect lap joint, and concrete is poured between the first concrete unit and the second concrete unit to form a cast-in-place concrete unit; the first buckle plates are used for connecting two adjacent first connecting steel bars and two adjacent second connecting steel bars; the first buckle plate comprises a connecting hole and a wedge-shaped connecting groove; and the center line of the wedge-shaped connecting groove is in an involute form which is gradually increased by taking the center radius of the connecting hole as the center. The shear capacity and the tensile capacity between the two concrete units are greatly improved, implementation and popularization are convenient, operation is easy, and efficiency is high.
