The invention provides a special-shaped decorative plate integrated lighting and ventilating system and a construction method. Each integrated module comprises a honeycomb plate. At least one mounting hole is formed in part of the honeycomb plates; one part of the mounting holes are provided with lighting components, and the other part of the mounting holes are provided with ventilation components; and the integrated module loaded with the lighting component, the integrated module loaded with the ventilation component and the integrated module without the mounting hole are spliced and fixed together.
