The invention discloses a shallow foundation protection building integral underpinning structure and a construction method. Comprising an underpinning platform which is arranged in a soil body below a shallow foundation protection building and is formed by combining jacking pipes through steel strand bundles; the jacking pipes comprise two side jacking pipes and a plurality of middle jacking pipes; the two sides, corresponding to the two openings of all the jacking pipes, of the underpinning platform are each provided with a jacking pipe jacking working well, and underpinning beams are arranged below the two sides. A plurality of jacks are arranged between the underpinning beams and the corresponding edges; the portions, above the two side jacking pipes, of the soil body are hollowed out to form a separation groove communicating the two jacking pipes with the jacking working well. And soil bodies of the jacking pipe jacking working well and the separation groove are arranged on the periphery of the shallow foundation protection building and are reinforced to form a soil body reinforcing area. During construction, a plurality of jacking pipes are firstly jacked to pass through an underpinning platform formed by a plurality of steel strand bundles; and then, the separation groove is constructed, and finally jacking is completed through a plurality of jacks. According to the invention, the damage to original parts and the damage to buildings can be eliminated.
