The lock body switch structure comprises a lock shell, a driving motor, a clutch transmission mechanism and a lock cylinder. The driving motor and the clutch transmission mechanism are installed in the lock shell, and the clutch transmission mechanism is in transmission fit with an output shaft of the driving motor. The lock cylinder is installed on the lock shell and provided with a rotatable lock cylinder cam, and the lock cylinder cam controls whether a driving gear and a driven gear of the clutch transmission mechanism are meshed or not. According to the invention, the resistance during manual key unlocking can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the problem that the manual key unlocking cannot be realized when the driving motor breaks down is avoided.
