The invention discloses a concrete surface repairing and protecting method based on microbial cement, and particularly relates to a method for coating protection by attaching bacterial strains to the surface of concrete to grow and mineralizing and depositing a calcium carbonate layer on the surface of the concrete by utilizing a microbial enzyme digestion effect. The anti-cracking performance is improved. By adopting the method, a continuous, compact and hard calcium carbonate protective layer is generated on the cement stone surface and is tightly combined with the surface of a base material. The bonding strength of a concrete surface repairing layer after film covering is 1.25 MPa or above, the concrete surface repairing layer is basically snapped on the layer surface, and the protection effect is remarkable. The green and environment-friendly microbial cement material is used for repairing the concrete surface, is a novel concrete surface defect repairing and protecting form, and provides an effective repairing mode for repairing and protecting the concrete surface.
本发明公开了一种基于微生物水泥的混凝土表面修复防护方法,利用微生物酶化作用,将菌株附着于混凝土表面生长,在混凝土表面矿化沉积出碳酸钙层进行覆膜防护的方法,菌液中加入黏胶蛋白可增加混凝土表面修复层的韧性,提高其抗裂性能。采用本发明方法使水泥石表面生成连续致密坚硬的碳酸钙保护层,且与基材表面结合紧密。覆膜后混凝土表面修复层黏结强度均在1.25MPa以上,基本均在层面拉断,防护效果显著。本发明利用一种绿色环保的微生物水泥材料对混凝土表面进行修复,是一种新型的混凝土表面缺陷修复防护形式,为混凝土表面修复防护提供了有效的修复方式。
