The invention discloses a prefabricated pipe pile and prefabricated cover beam connecting structure adopting UTFC and a construction method. The connecting structure comprises a prefabricated cover beam, a prefabricated pipe pile and a prefabricated filling core. A metal corrugated pipe is pre-buried in the prefabricated cover beam, an opening is formed in the top of the prefabricated pipe pile, and connecting steel bars are welded to the top of the prefabricated filling core; the construction method comprises the steps that firstly, the pipe pile is driven to the designed elevation, then the prefabricated filling core is placed in an open hole in the top of the pipe pile, then UTFC is injected into an assembly gap between the prefabricated filling core and the prefabricated pipe pile in a pressing mode, and maintenance is conducted to form strength; the prefabricated cover beam is hoisted to be arranged on the prefabricated filling core, a connecting steel bar at the top end of the prefabricated filling core extends into a pre-buried metal corrugated pipe of the prefabricated cover beam, and UTFC is pressed and injected; the method has the advantages of being good in anti-seismic performance, excellent in durability, high in construction speed, low in requirement for positioning precision of a pipe pile construction plane, small in anchoring length needed by connecting steel bars and the like.
一种采用UTFC的预制管桩与预制盖梁连接构造及施工方法,连接构造包括预制盖梁、预制管桩和预制填芯;预制盖梁中预埋金属波纹管,预制管桩桩顶设有开孔,预制填芯顶部焊接连接钢筋;其施工方法为:首先将管桩打至设计高程,再将预制填芯放入管桩顶部开孔内,此后向预制填芯与预制管桩之间的装配间隙压注UTFC并养护形成强度;吊装预制盖梁置于预制填芯上,预制填芯顶端连接钢筋伸入预制盖梁的预埋金属波纹管内,压注UTFC;本发明具有抗震性能好,耐久性能优越,施工速度快,对管桩施工平面定位精度要求较低,连接钢筋所需锚固长度小等优点。
