A rectangular cavity is formed in the middle of the base, a through hole is formed in the front end of the rectangular cavity, a pedal block is arranged in the through hole, a vertical hole is formed in the vertical plate, a vertical rod is arranged in the vertical hole, the pedal block moves up and down to drive the vertical rod to move up and down, the two semi-cylindrical blocks rotate synchronously, and a water baffle is hinged to the middle of the blind hole and swings downwards.
