The telescope foundation bolt positioning device comprises a positioning ring and channel steel, the positioning ring is formed by lap joint of at least two arc sections, the two ends of the channel steel are fixedly connected with the positioning ring, and a center hole used for confirming the center position of the positioning device is formed in the center of the channel steel. The center of the positioning ring is concentric with the center hole; foundation bolt positioning holes for positioning foundation bolts are formed in the channel steel and/or the arc sections; the positioning device is of an assembled structure, the positioning device can be conveniently disassembled and then packaged, the occupied space is small, and the transportation and carrying difficulty and cost are reduced; the assembled parts are small in size, so that the parts can be machined on a small machine tool without using a large machine tool, and the machining difficulty and cost are reduced; the concentricity with the center of the foundation pier can be quickly realized through the center hole of the channel steel, the tedious operation of adjusting the center is avoided, the installation progress is accelerated, and the installation cost is saved.

本发明提供一种望远镜地脚螺栓定位装置及其安装定位方法，包括定位圈和槽钢，定位圈由至少两个弧段搭接组成，槽钢的两端分别与定位圈固定连接，在槽钢的中心开设有用于确认定位装置中心位置的中心孔，定位圈的中心与中心孔同心；在槽钢和/或弧段上开设有用于定位地脚螺栓的地脚螺栓定位孔；本发明的定位装置为组装结构，便于将定位装置解体后进行包装，占用空间小，降低运输和搬运的难度和成本；由于组装的零件尺寸较小，加工无需使用大型机床，在小型机床上即可加工，降低加工的难度和成本；通过槽钢的中心孔可以快速实现与基墩中心的同心，避免调整中心的繁琐操作，加快安装进度，节约安装成本。
