本发明创造提供一种高可靠性钢丝绳及钢绞线的牵引装置及方法,包括安装座,在安装座内设有锁紧套和内接头,锁紧套内侧插装有工作头,内接头上可拆卸安装有牵引头,且牵引头与内接头的连接部分由安装座覆盖;所述安装座内壁设有基座体,在基座体两侧分别设有外套筒,所述锁紧套和内接头分别置于基座体两侧,且均由外套筒上的限位部形成限位,且二者中至少有内接头不受转动限制,即至少内接头的转动自由度不受限,可以随牵引头同步转动,内接头与限位部间转动配合,限位部仅限制内接头径向窜动而不限制内接头转动,使锁紧套以及内接头均在有限空间内轴向移动。本发明创造结构设计合理,固定待牵引件操作方便,使用可靠性高。
