The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-performance cement grinding aid, which comprises the following steps: reacting ethanolamine with maleic anhydride to form esterified alcohol amine, copolymerizing with acrylamide methylpropanesulfonic acid to obtain polymeric alcohol amine, and compounding with diethanolisopropanolamine, triethanolamine, ethylene glycol, calcium formate and magnesium acetate to obtain the high-performance cement grinding aid free of alkali and chloride ions. When the grinding aid is applied to the cement grinding process, the grinding efficiency can be improved, and the energy consumption can be reduced; the cement strength can be improved, so that the clinker proportion is reduced. As a cost-reducing and effect-increasing product, the invention not only reduces the cost of a cement plant, but also contributes to carbon neutralization.
