The invention relates to the field of preparation of aluminum nitride balls, and provides an aluminum nitride ball rolling forming method, which solves the problem that a product obtained by an aluminum nitride rolling forming method in the prior art is easy to layer, and comprises the following preparation steps: (1) preparing raw materials; (2) preparing a gel pre-solution; (3) heating the pre-gel solution to 50-58 DEG C, and keeping the temperature; and (4) mixing the raw materials in the step (1), adding a grinding aid, grinding to obtain 10000-12000-mesh slurry, drying to obtain ceramic powder, feeding the ceramic powder part into a rolling forming machine, forming to obtain seed balls, simultaneously spraying the gel pre-solution in the step (3) and cold water at the temperature of 1-5 DEG C on the surfaces of the seed balls in the rolling forming machine, and uniformly stirring to obtain the seed balls. Continuously adding ceramic powder and rolling into balls to obtain grinding ball blanks; and (5) drying, sintering in a kiln, and polishing to obtain the aluminum nitride ball.
