The invention discloses a nano ceramic membrane which comprises the following raw materials: aluminum oxide, a fluxing agent, an active catalyst, a cross-linking agent, a pore-foaming agent, a plasticizer, a dispersing agent and a solvent, the specific formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of aluminum oxide, 5-10 parts of a fluxing agent, 0.5-2 parts of an active catalyst, 3-5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 1-3 parts of a pore-foaming agent, 3-5 parts of a plasticizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a dispersing agent and 10-15 parts of a solvent. Aluminum oxide is subjected to high-temperature calcination to be converted into alpha-aluminum oxide of a trigonal system, the synergistic fluxing agent, the active catalyst, the cross-linking agent, the pore-foaming agent, the plasticizer, the dispersing agent and the solvent, the active catalyst can be loaded on the inner wall of a pore channel, the mass transfer efficiency of organic matter and the active catalyst is effectively promoted, and therefore the performance of the nano ceramic membrane is improved; the treatment effect on the leachate can be effectively ensured.
