Equivalent cast-in-place prefabricated assembled double-column pier system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an equivalent cast-in-place prefabricated assembled double-column pier system and a construction method thereof. The system comprises a prefabricated bearing platform and a cover beam which are provided with reserved corrugated pipe hole channels, and prefabricated pier body sections of which the two ends are provided with reserved connecting steel bars; the construction method comprises the steps that the prefabricated bearing platform and the cover beam are hoisted in place, the prefabricated pier bottom section and the pier top section are connected with the prefabricated bearing platform and the cover beam to form an integrated joint through ultra-toughness fiber concrete (UTFC) grouting pipeline connection, and then connection between every two adjacent prefabricated pier body sections is completed through ultra-toughness fiber concrete (UTFC) wet joints in sequence. Wherein the lower bridge pier section is positively assembled and spliced at a bearing platform node, the upper bridge pier section is reversely assembled and spliced at a cover beam node, and finally the upper bridge pier section is turned over and is in wet joint connection with the lower bridge pier section to be assembled into a whole bridge pier; according to the equivalent cast-in-place prefabricated assembly double-column type pier connecting system, factory production and assembly construction are adopted, and the equivalent cast-in-place prefabricated assembly double-column type pier connecting system has the advantages that the construction speed is high, the influence on construction site traffic and the surrounding environment is small, and the quality of components is easy to control.
一种等同现浇的预制拼装双柱墩体系及其施工方法,体系包括预留波纹管孔道的预制承台和盖梁,两端预留连接钢筋的预制墩身节段;施工方法为将预制承台和盖梁吊装就位,采用超韧性纤维混凝土(UTFC)灌浆管道连接将预制墩底、墩顶节段与预制承台、盖梁连接为整体化节点,然后依次采用超韧性纤维混凝土(UTFC)湿接缝连接完成相邻各预制墩身节段间的连接,其中下桥墩段由承台节点处正装拼接,上桥墩段由盖梁节点处倒装拼接,最终将上桥墩段翻转,与下桥墩段进行湿接缝连接,拼装为桥墩整体;本发明所提出的等同现浇预制拼装双柱式桥墩连接体系,采用工厂化生产、装配化施工,具有施工速度快、对施工现场交通及周围环境影响小,构件质量易于控制等优点。
