The invention discloses a preparation method of a core material solidified soil composite pile. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a curing agent containing an expansive component; and S2, the curing agent prepared in the step S1 is adopted for preparing a solidified soil pile, after preparation is completed, a core material is inserted into the solidified soil pile before solidified soil is hardened, and the core material solidified soil composite pile is obtained. The curing agent used for manufacturing the solidified soil pile contains an expansion component, and particularly contains a high-content expansion component; the obtained solidified soil generates apparent volume expansion in an unconstrained state; in the hydration hardening process of the curing agent, the expansion component absorbs liquid water in the combined and solidified soil to convert solid crystal water in the expansive hydrate, and meanwhile, solid-phase volume expansion is generated; through the effect, the strength of the solidified soil is improved, the interface bonding force between the solidified soil and the core material is enhanced, and therefore the bearing capacity of the composite pile can be improved.
本发明公开了一种芯材固化土复合桩的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:S1、配制含有膨胀性组分的固化剂;S2、采用步骤S1制得的固化剂制备固化土桩,制备完成后在固化土硬化之前将芯材插入固化土桩中,即得到芯材固化土复合桩。本发明制作固化土桩所采用的固化剂中含有膨胀组分,特别是含有高含量的膨胀组分;使得所得到的固化土在非约束状态下将产生表观体积膨胀;在固化剂水化硬化过程中,其中的膨胀组分吸收结合固化土中的液态水转化膨胀性水化物中固态的结晶水,同时产生固相体积膨胀;通过此作用提高固化土强度、并增强固化土与芯材间的界面结合力,从而可提高复合桩的承载能力。
