Screw pile forming system and method and expanded-head screw pile foundation structure thereof
The invention discloses a screw pile forming system and method and an expanded-head screw pile foundation structure thereof. The screw pile forming system comprises a screw pile, a vacuum pump and a water tank. The expanded head screw pile structure comprises a screw pile, a reinforcing steel bar, a grouting body and a riprap expanded head wrapped by grouting. The screw pile is formed by modifying a pile tip structure and a pile top structure on the basis of a traditional screw pile so as to adapt to hole cleaning and grouting of a riprap pore channel. The reinforcing steel bar is arranged in the center of the pipe pile, and the lower end is embedded into the riprap stratum; the riprap expansion head is an integral expansion head which is formed by wrapping the bottom end of the pipe pile by pressure grouting, diffusing to surrounding riprap body pores and connecting with a riprap stratum. The spiral pile foundation can be applied to the riprap stratum, the bearing effect of the expanded head at the bottom of the spiral pile is achieved through built-in reinforcing steel bars and grouting of the spiral pile, and therefore the bearing capacity of the spiral pile is greatly improved, large machines do not need to intervene in the construction process, and the spiral pile foundation has the advantages of being convenient to implement, short in construction period and low in cost.
