The invention relates to a PHC prestressed pipe pile head plugging process which comprises the following steps: step 1, surveying and setting out a construction site, and determining the position of a guide hole; 2, the inner wall of the precast pile is injected and filled with a polyurethane foaming agent till the inner space of the precast pile is fully filled, and water is sprayed or sprinkled to the inner wall of the precast pile during injection and filling; 3, the pile tip piece and the precast pile are welded and fixed; 4, hole guiding is conducted on the hole guiding position; and 5, the precast pile is pressed, and the precast pile is pressed into the hole from the guide hole position. The anti-seepage effect of the pipe pile can be improved.
